Directions to property:
I-17 North to Camp Verde, then onto Hwy 260 towards Cottonwood. 15 miles on Hwy 260, when in Cottonwood, turn right onto 89a towards Sedona. Then the very first light turn right onto Zalesky. Zalesky then bends 90 degrees to the right, after that, take the very first left on Bridle Path. The property is about the 5th house on the left. You will easily see the row of 6 tall pines at the front of our property.

Full Size Room is $149 per night.
Mid Size Room is $119 per night.

Policies

Minimum stay required (2 night minimum stay. $20 extra for one night stay.)
Smoking is allowed outside only
Limited accommodations for guest pets (We are now doing horse boarding with a neighbor!)
Limitations on children staying (Only well behaved children permitted. Contact us first!)
Limitations on childcare
Check in time is 4pm and Check out time is 11am
Cancellations:
1 night non refundable deposit required at time of booking. Full payment due 14 days prior to arrival and is non refundable unless we can rent out the room.

We enjoy working on our yard, relaxing by the pool and flying remote controled helicopters whenever we find the time.
